Warranty

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

All products carry a 180 warranty on defects in material and workmanship.

Defects will be repaired or replaced or a refund offered at our discretion

Proof of purchase must be supplied at time of return.

No replacement or refund can be processed until defective item is returned.

Buyer to pay return postage, when item is deemed to be faulty postage costs will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE:

Warranty does not cover products that have suffered misuse, improper/incorrect installation, physical/liquid damage, abuse, neglect or accidental damage.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept change of mind refunds. If you change your mind within 7 days item can be exchanged for store credit. Buyer to pay return postage. (Non-Refundable)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
